Review: ... but 9 / 10 for the fans that love the series.I grew up with all 3 seasons. However, while seasons 1 & 2 were brilliant, season 3 sucked to high heaven. The movie is definitely just for those that really missed the characters and just needed a fresh 107 minutes of Veronica.The story offered isnt exactly water tight, but if youre a true Veronica Mars fan you will overlook the odd logical glitch in the story.One thing that gave me a pleasant surprise was that its still jaw-dropping amazing to look at Kristen Bell. Her cute and sexy voice/smile/attitude just makes you forget about some of the truly crappy storytelling in the movie.That the movie has a rating of 7,8 (03/20/2014) doesnt surprise me. This is just purely a hardcore fan rating.Bottom line: Veronica Mars fans will get what they deserve.

Review: This movie is sweet with some good actors, good characters and a few jokes. The movie is about a chef that takes his job very seriously with lots of passion who has a mean one dimensional boss a son a hot divorced wife etc. The characters are all interesting except his boss. If you like to watch a family movie/ romantic movie this is 7 Star!! easy! However it is classified as comedy with a joke about every 10 minutes. Even Jaws( horror) had Jokes and so did Commando (action). That does not make them a comedy !! This is a family drama with some jokes! This spoiled it for me since I wanted a good laugh ! There was not a single funny joke until the 40th minute! Most jokes were as much dramatic/ sad as funny.I was on the verge of leaving then Robert Downey Jnr entered the scene . He was there for 5 minutes yet somehow after this - not sure if the actors suddenly realised it or the script writer- but the movie picked up life! Overall it was still way to serious for a comedy! I am not sure who classifies comedy to the genre for this family drama with occasional jokes.. So for a family movie 7 starts for a comedy 4 stars. So I can settle on 5 *.

Review: I Think This Movie Is Highly Inspired By a movie called ATHADU which is an South Indian Telugu Movie and was released in 2005 . So when i am watching this Flick its very easy to predict the story and the next coming scenes But Hero Action is awesome one and Theres a sci-fi element in the storyline which needed a bit more detail The fact that the high school is making elaborate preparations for Halloween brings in some strident echoes of John Carpenters masterwork.HE GUEST is a hokum movie with too much of the kind of violence younger audiences now expect and crave, but a sturdy performance from Stevens makes lifts his transition from Downton to Haddonfield out of the B-movie slot where the derivative script would otherwise have left it.

Review: Its an interesting film thats trying to be a dark comedy but its not as dark as I would have expected, which made the laughs long in-between. Ive seen this type of comedy in which the victim befriends the captives because their life was not as put together as hoped. This one takes a slower dramatic pace.Their were some pretty top notch actors in the film like Tim Robbins, John Hawkes and even Mos Def. Its interesting that Jennifer Aniston took on such a small picture, but maybe they thought her appearance would put people in seats(which I guess is true). Thought the story was good but the pace of the movie just puts me to sleep (Maybe I actually missed the really fun parts while snoring). Dont kill your time with this one.

Review: First of all, watch this Finding Fanny in English if possible & not the Hindi Dubbed version. The English version is better.Its a niche film & if you like full on bollywood masala crap, this movie is not for you. Its for an intelligent audience. It has brilliant performance from veteran actors Naseeruddin Shah, Pankaj Kapur & Dimple Kapadia. Young actors Deepika Padukone & Arjun Kapoor surprisingly hold their own in front of these veterans, also their chemistry is very refreshing.The screenplay & direction by Homi Adjania is quirky & amazing. I remember I was a little disappointed with his last film Cocktail because I was not expecting something like that from him after the mind-blowing Being Cyrus (which again was an off-beat film). But after watching Finding Fanny I can say that hes back to being his old self which is a good thing. We need more directors like him & more intelligent cinema than mindless masala crap which bollywood serves these days.A special mention for Deepika who not only looks breathtakingly beautiful but also gave another fine performance. After her 4 back to back superhits past year, I wasnt expecting Deepika to do a niche film like Finding Fanny but I was wrong. By doing a film like Finding Fanny which guarantees critical acclaim but not box office success, Deepika has proved that shes not here just to make money but wants to do meaningful films & give a great performance.
